San Miguel Pure Foods (VN) Co., Ltd., formerly TTC (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. and acquired by San Miguel in 2003, is a profitable hog farming and feed milling business. The feed mill has two production lines for pig and poultry feeds. Eighty percent of the facility’s 60-metric-ton-per-hour capacity is for internal consumption, while the remaining 20% is sold to domestic clients (mostly in South Vietnam). The company also sells and distributes Le Gourmet processed meat products.
PT San Miguel Pure Foods Indonesia, is the leading producer and marketer of halal fresh processed meat products for retail, foodservice, and institutional customers in Indonesia. Its product line includes sausages, meatballs, luncheon burgers, and cold cuts in assorted retail pack sizes for modern and traditional outlets.
SMPF Indonesia brands, Farmhouse and Vida, are dominant market leaders, accounting for 48% of the processed meat segments it competes in. In addition, SMPFI also markets a limited line of pork-based processed meats under Gusto.
The factory and head office complex is located in Depok City, about 40 kilometers south of Jakarta. Sales branch offices are located in the key cities of Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Denpasar.
